Our in-house developed X-CCM® profile plant enables a continuous consolidation of thermoplastic fiber composites in a profile form, comparable with aluminum extrusion products. The processing of different material combinations is thereby also possible.Different profile shapes can be achieved through the modular tool system. Die production lines conduct a resource-efficient manufacturing, while maintaining a low energy consumption level.
