Based on our thermoplastic composite components, we are able to manufacture special assemblies according to customer requirements.
Through their multitude of favorable mechanical properties, thermoplastic lightweight design assemblies are highly suitable for a broad range of applications, and are also able to replace products made of steel, titanium alloys and aluminum.
The assembly of customer-specific assemblies is conducted by experienced personnel directly at the production site of AVANCO Composites. AVANCO Composites is a long-standing partner of the aviation and aerospace industry, and was able to already perform a manufacturing in five-digit quantities in the past.
A further composite expertise lies in the production of ready-to-install framework components. These are manufactured in series based on a requirement-specific structure design, according to the highest quality and manufacturing standards.
