As a customer-oriented company that develops, produces and sells products for high-performance lightweight applications, we place the highest focus on the quality of our products and services.
Controlled and standardized processes are important elements in meeting the demand for maximum customer satisfaction.
In order to achieve this high level of customer satisfaction, we rely on established quality-management systems at AVANCO Composites.
Our production units have therefore been certified for the relevant markets for many years and undergo regular audits. This includes DIN EN 9100 and DIN EN ISO 50001 certification.
All certificates are available in our download area.

We check and record our products using state-of-the-art testing methods.
Our routine tasks include performing internal audits and issuing certificates of conformity (CoC).

Digitalization in quality

State-of-the-art production equipment and advanced simulation methods enable us to take all relevant quality parameters into account right from the start of development.
Simulation methods allow us to visualize and validate the process digitally in advance.
Modern equipment combined with sophisticated control technology allows us to record, analyze and archive all production-relevant parameters during manufacture.
In this way, we ensure complete traceability of all predictive parameters and can create a digital twin.
